Travel planning demands careful consideration of time and resources to ensure you receive the ideal match for your valuable vacation investment. It is important to note that our fees represent the necessary costs associated with utilizing our services, and they must be paid before any services can be provided.

DOMESTIC VACATION
Travel within the US, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

$200 for single-city destinations
$50 for each additional city
$300 for theme park destinations
INTERNATIONAL VACATION
International destinations include Europe, Asia, Australia, South Pacific, South and Central America, Caribbean, Canada.
$250 for one city
$400 for two cities
$50 for each additional city

CRUISE (1 CABIN)
This includes researching various cruise lines and providing up to 4 quotes for your review. Extra charges apply for arranging personalized pre- or post-cruise travel/accommodations (see below).

ALL-INCLUSIVE RESORT
Travel to Mexico, Jamaica, and select Caribbean locations, with three quotes available per location.
$150 (one destination)

VILLA RENTAL TRAVEL CONSULTATION
We offer private home and villa rentals with optional staff services such as cooks, chefs, and spa treatments. Additionally, we arrange tours and private transfers, particularly for villas in gated communities or with on-site services.

(Additional fees will be assessed depending on the level of villa services that you wish us to manage.)
HONEYMOON
Planning a post-wedding trip? Use our honeymoon planning services for exclusive perks. Extra amenities and special bonuses await honeymooners, usually needing a wedding certificate.
$500 for a single location/country
ESCORTED/GUIDED TOUR
Participating in an escorted or guided tour involves following a predetermined itinerary with a group, led by our preferred guided tour providers. Additional charges may apply for researching multiple tour options. The fee is also applicable for assisting with your preferred tour and includes agency support pre, during, and post travel.
$100 for a maximum of 3 quotes
GROUP TRAVEL
Travel with a group of five or more people(except cruises). Contact us for more information on group types.
$400 for All-inclusive resorts (8-12 people)
$400 for Cruise destinations (2-4 staterooms); $600 (5+ staterooms)
$500 for Domestic destinations (8-12 people)
$600 for Theme Park destinations (8-12 people)
$700 for international destinations (8-12 people)

LAST MINUTE TRAVEL REQUESTS
For travel requests within 90 days of your desired departure, extra fees apply based on consultation.
Travel within 21 days:
$100 additional
$200 additional for holiday travel (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter etc)
Travel 22-90 days
$75 additional
$175 additional for holiday travel (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter etc)
AIRFARE
$50 for airfare research/booking* (per person/ticket)
Please note that we do not offer airfare-only travel requests for new clients due to the high potential for fraud. If you are a current client, please get in touch with us about airfare-only requests.
*The above rates do not include relevant sales tax, which will be charged separately.
