Day 1-5 CAP ESTATE A family-owned boutique hotel that feels like a private Spanish hacienda.
Whitewashed walls, terracotta tiles, and bubbling fountains create a romantic atmosphere, while the Cliff at Cap restaurant offers some of the best views in the Caribbean.
The Experience: This trip is designed for the palate. Your stay includes a "Cliff at Cap" Tasting Dinner, where French-West Indian cuisine is paired with wines from the cellar. We replace the long drive south with a Luxury Powerboat Day, whisking you down the coast to snorkel at the base of the Pitons and visit the drive-in volcano, all while avoiding the traffic. Back in the north, enjoy a Private Hike of Pigeon Island, followed by a sunset cocktail at the famous Rock Maison, watching the waves crash beneath your feet.
